2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

  • You have the authority to place orders on behalf of yourself or your organization.

  • All information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.

If you place an order on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

3. Products & Services

Blu Ivy offers products that may include:

  • Customized and branded merchandise.

  • Employee onboarding and welcome kits.

  • Festive and event gifting.

  • Sustainable and social impact gifting.

  • Products sourced from partner brands, artisans, and NGOs.

Many of our products are curated, customized, or made specifically for each order. Product availability, packaging, and contents may vary depending on inventory, customization requirements, or sourcing availability.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or substitute products with equivalent alternatives when necessary while maintaining the overall quality and value of the order.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may include or exclude taxes, shipping charges, customization charges, or handling charges depending on the product and order.

Blu Ivy reserves the right to:

  • Update prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Correct pricing errors.

  • Withdraw promotions or offers.

  • Refuse orders affected by pricing or technical errors.

The final payable amount will be shown during checkout or in your approved quotation.

5. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase products from Blu Ivy.

Orders are confirmed only after:

  • Payment has been successfully received; or

  • Blu Ivy has confirmed a corporate purchase order or invoice arrangement in writing.

Once payment has been made, the order enters procurement, customization, or fulfilment.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been made.

  • Customized, branded, personalized, and bulk corporate orders cannot be modified once production or procurement has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before payment, including:

  • Product selection.

  • Quantity.

  • Branding artwork.

  • Logos.

  • Personalization.

  • Delivery addresses.

  • Recipient information.

6. Customization Approval

For customized orders, Blu Ivy may provide artwork, mockups, proofs, or branding previews before production.

Once approved by the customer:

  • The artwork is considered final.

  • Blu Ivy is not responsible for spelling errors, logo placement, colors, names, or other information approved by the customer.

Production begins only after approval where applicable.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Blu Ivy delivers across India through third-party logistics partners.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and may vary depending on:

  • Product availability.

  • Customization requirements.

  • Location.

  • Courier operations.

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient and delivery details.

Blu Ivy is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses.

  • Incorrect phone numbers.

  • Recipient unavailability.

  • Refusal to accept delivery.

  • Inaccessible delivery locations.

If an order requires re-delivery due to customer-provided information or recipient unavailability, additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Blu Ivy follows a strict No Return and No Refund policy.

  • All orders are final once payment has been made.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, delayed acceptance by recipients, or customer-related delivery issues.

If Blu Ivy Makes an Error

If an issue occurs because of an error attributable to Blu Ivy, such as:

  • Wrong product delivered.

  • Missing product.

  • Incorrect customization.

  • Product damaged before delivery.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs or videos where requested.

Blu Ivy will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, correction, or re-delivery at our discretion.

9. Social Impact Gifting

Blu Ivy partners with Indian NGOs, artisans, and social enterprises for selected gifting products.

Where applicable:

  • Impact information is provided for informational purposes.

  • Donation or impact amounts may vary depending on the gifting program.

  • Impact reports are shared where applicable under Blu Ivy's Social Impact Program.

All content on the Blu Ivy website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos.

  • Brand name.

  • Graphics.

  • Product photography.

  • Packaging designs.

  • Website content.

  • Icons.

  • Illustrations.

  • Marketing materials.

  • Text and copy.

is owned by or licensed to BLUIVY LLP and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially use any content without prior written permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
